We provide a wide range of services including basic vaccinations, wellness exams, illness, and injury treatment. We focus on preventative treatment to keep your pets healthy!
We eliminate the struggle to transport your pet to a traditional veterinary clinic, and as a nonprofit, we keep our prices as low as possible.

We Are a House-Call Service

We do not provide same-day emergency treatment.
We do provide basic spay and neuter surgery, please call for details.

Do I Qualify for At-Home Veterinary Care

To qualify for in-home veterinary care services, you must provide documentation of any of the following:
  • Disability income, any age
  • Disabled identification card (DID)
  • State or federal identification, over age 70
  • VA identification, over age 60
  • VA disability, any age
Other forms of qualifying documentation of need may be considered on a case by case basis.

VCE is a mobile veterinary service based out of West Haven, Connecticut. We care for companion animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, and “pocket pets,” across Connecticut within 60 miles of New Haven.
